My test is just 1h10 waiting to eat nothing. Arrival 12:30 waiting until 13:05 for an order, for a menu with 3 salads at the choice in the entrance and 3 dishes (blanquette, chicken with curry and steak).A 13:30 after several requests I am sure that our salads arrive.13:40 after a new claim from me the waitress returns to resume the order because it does not find it. We arrived one night at the mauvezin and found a warm welcome, a home duck foie gras with white wine. we were very pleasantly surprised and discussed with the boss on her specialties. among them the cassoulet that requires a day of preparation. The boss, daniele, proposed to make it for the day-to-day. Rendez-vous was taken for lunch. and it was an excellent meal with an entrance (soupe of vegetables) followed by a plate of crudities or charcuterie.
