Very good quality yoga classes. 3 days are enough to cut off from my daily life, to rejuvenate and return to my home in a positive way! A place to relax thanks to its 88-hectare natural environment, horses, spring 20 minutes walk, Lake Esperron at 40 minutes walk. The reception is simple and pleasant. I had a good mattress and pillow in my tent. Breakfast, lunch and very good vegetarian dinner. And days rhymed by 1h30 yoga in the morning at 8am and evening at 6pm. Free time allows you to discover the surroundings, read and nap in the shaded hammocks to cool). Various activities are offered from 10:30 to about 12:30. A real happiness, a beneficial fitness. I'll go back with great pleasure.
I realized a few days yoga retreat in early July. I was conquered by the reception, the place so peaceful, the quality of the courses (notably with the sweet Clarisse), the flavor/quality of the meals! It was beyond my expectations. Thank you for everything you brought me! I strongly recommend

It's good people are running the place. The basics are unimaginable covered, but do not expect too much for this price.
