I rarely give a 5 star review, but everything added together, this was a 5 star experience. I asked for a quiet table because neither of us hears that well. The server found us a quiet, private spot. When we asked for more information on the Peruvian cuisine, our server was delighted to advise us. She asked what we were fond of, starting with the protein, then the style we preferred. When we indicated that we were open to trying something authentic, she took us to the buffet and recommended the bean soup followed by rice with one of the 6 stews. There was also a typical salad bar available as part of the buffet lunch. They had fresh pineapple! I admit I was a little piggie with the pineapple...
I am updating for the Buffet experience. On my last review I noted that wish they had a sampler so that I could try a variety without commitment. I noticed a guy out front holding up sign saying Buffet. Perfect! Buffet is served 11-3 and nowhere, even their website says how much that is. It is $35.95 folks... on Sunday. If you're looking for amazing Peruvian food, this is your spot! Carlos was very attentive and made sure we got everything we asked for. Although we were there until closing (which we tried to hurry up and get out beforehand) he still made sure to cater to our every need and even brought out a birthday dessert for my dad. They have salsa dancing every Saturday which we didn't get to experience but will definitely be going back for! I highly recommend if you're looking for great food or if you've never tried Peruvian food before and are looking to try something new!
Great atmosphere decor and staff. Only have tried buffet so far. Food was very fresh well made and felt very organic and healthy. However the flavors were all Middle of the road and lacked salt,citrus,spice or distinct seasoning. I would recommend it for its quality of food and experience but there is nothing I am dying to go back for or would highly suggest.

Went for Sunday buffet for 2 food was just ok nothing special.. lots of rice and potatoes I wasn't a fan of the flavors just a lot of cumin and cilantro in almost every dish the bathrooms were nasty and the same as when it was a Sizzler... service was with a big smile though! Won't get going back..
My family and I had a meal here after a long tournament, and we were impressed by the outstanding service from Yessy. She was very friendly and shared plenty of useful information about the restaurant, which enhanced our visit. Yessy truly made my experience at La Hueca memorable!
We've been to La Huaca a few times already. The food and service never disappoints. We ordered ceviche too. No picture because we ate it right away. Next time we have to try their buffet. Thank you for the excellent service and for the suprise dessert!
The service was fantastic, and the food was fresh. The atmosphere felt like a tourist restaurant. Our server, Jesse, was incredibly nice and polite, taking the time to explain everything to us. I highly recommend this buffet restaurant!

Went with two friends on a week day for the buffet. Everyone was more then delighted. The food and the flavors kept getting better and better. Going back again.
