A gem of a restaurant where we ate the best meal of our week long visit to Gran Canaria to date. We shared starters including Ensalada de Burrata, Langostinos Salvajes Pulpo de la Casa. Food was delicious, the service attentive friendly. Our main courses were Lagrima Iberica x2 Secreto Iberico each served with Peppers Padrone chips. The meal was excellent we got to talk with the cook herself. Back home in Ireland you would pay twice what we were charged if you were lucky to get a booking! Initially we were brought bread and dips which we did not order and we charged €8 for, the service was great but the food was not, to be honest I cannot recommend anyone to eat here. It makes me very sad to have to say this but both meals that we had were below standard and then to find out we were charged €8 for bread which we did not order without criminal I sent back my main course, and when it came back it was still inedible
Had lunch here today, can’t fault the food or the service. The guy who runs the place (Nico) has a passion for good ingredients and takes obvious pride in the food he serves. We had two tagliatelle dishes, the pasta was fresh and homemade one ‘a la marinara’ which contained a great selection of squid and shellfish; the other with prawns and salmon in a creamy tomato soup. Both were delicious, we will eat here again!
We went as a party of 4 and had a delicious and freshly cooked meal. Nico explained the special dorado (sea bream) and the other menu choices. We had grilled dorado, dorado marinesca and the seafood ravioli. This was preceded by warm bread, mojo sauces and papas arruglas. House wine was good and the house tiramisu was delicious. nico welcomes you at the entrance and immediately puts you at ease with its sympathy, its professionalism, you can kill a short moment puts the kitchen prepares your order, with a pleasant aperitif and perhaps also a fish pancake. the tagliatelle ordered as first dish strictly made in the house. to try. a thank you luca del el rincon del mojito' -fañabé beach, for having made us discover!
I had dinner with my friends for a birthday, clean and welcoming place, parking was not a problem, homemade pasta must be tried !!! Excellent and abundant fried fish, the waiter Nico is very kind and always ready to meet your needs, I will definitely be back !!!
very fresh seafood, food! the waiter (thinking that nicola was his name) as there was no entrance that we wanted another and we were very satisfied. Very nice and helpful. We'll be safe.
I was so glad that we found this place in the centre of El Medano. They cook amazing dishes out of freshly caught fish from the see. Worth a visit or two.
