Mixed experience at the Licorne Royale restaurant. The food is at the level of a star. The dishes are very well presented, it's good but we found seasoning sometimes a little fade and did not understand the separate service of the vegetables from the main dish. The price quality ratio is not according to us at rendezvous 85 euro the menu, not a bottle below 70 euros and the glass wine at 16 euros is excessive. In addition, the waiting time between the dish is dessert for about 40 minutes, which ruined our meal. The sommelier is very professional but we didn't understand what the waiter said and it felt the sweat which is not pleasant when the dishes arrived. The SPA is good, the massage duo...
The stay was perfect except for the cleanliness of the room. Nothing serious but rather unpleasant to have hair in the bathtub when we arrive. All the more so because the host staff are trying to solve the problem quickly, but the maintenance staff is not acting accordingly. For the rest it is a faultless! From the reception, to the restaurant staff and the spa, the staff is professional, attentive and pleasant. A big blow for the restaurant of La licorne and its sommelier.
One word PARFAIT! Unreproachable welcome, ultra-thentic staff and great professionalism. Everything is friendly, which allowed us to pass a very good seminar. Beautiful meeting room, bedroom and beautiful setting. Swimming pool and SPA top. Meals that are aperitive boards or menus are excellent.The staff has done everything to make us enjoy the stay. Beautiful hotel with beautiful services. Stay a little spoiled by 2 technical problems in the suite that have not been solved (no TV upstairs and no phone) and the pool forbidden at least 16 years. Très bon endroit, cuisine et services excellents, le serveur (sommelier) très explicite et sympathique, on s'est régalés. Seul petit bémol, le verre de vin, qui aurait pu être légèrement plus rempli compte tenu du prix.
Toujours un excellent moment un déjeuner à la Licorne Royale ! Les plats sont particulièrement raffinés, recherchés et savoureux. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'ensemble du repas proposé. Le service est excellent.
