A movie scenarium in one of the streets of Vence. Once arrived on the place, the first thing I saw was the waiter running everywhere. Actually, she was the owner but she was serving and working in the kitchen as well because a couple of people were missing. I ate delicious tapas with fresh ingredients coming from Spain (in fact the owner was Spanish) and what really surprised me was the quality of the service, despite the problems with missing personnel. Since I am Italian, the owner explained me everything about the dishes in a mix of Spanish, French and English. a great bravo in the kitchen, I finally found pleasure in eating in a restaurant, ravioli of magic crabs, the very successful dish and a special mention for dessert based on pears and cheeses, dared to see the customers of foreign tourists who surely are not used to discover odious dishes like his, I do not always remember this exceptional dessert. the only thing to say for me are the really limiting portions, my wife was not out with hunger in the belly but I (not a big basic eater) I was clearly very hungry when I left. a little frustrated is a shame, given the quality of the kitchen I would have preferred to pay more but not to come out hungry.
La Onda is one of my favourite restaurants. Anywhere! Amazing tapas. They are not the usual small ones. And the old Vence square is lovely for outside seating in the summer. But the interior is also fabulous, so it’s an all year delight. And the owners and staff are just a friendly joy. Especially the adorable waitress Alienor! Wow wow wow. I loved this place. The service is exceptional and the food also delicious. There are two venues I went to the little one tucked away in the lanes. A wonderful escape from the heat during the day. The owner is just delightful and provided wonderful advice for the single diner to make sure I did not over order. My food was so good. located on a very pleasant little square, staff'tres welcoming to the small care for the customers, we had prices 4 menus all was succulent try the ice at the goat!!! what taste!!! all the flavors are subtle a great thank you to the chef to know absolutely go to it if you go to vence
fresh products and worked both visually and in a way. small placette quiet and shaded. menu from day to 22 euros with entrance, dish and dessert. everything is made home and all products are very good quality. quality wine at affordable prices.

delicious but like any resto gastro, the portions are in my sense too insufficient. We'd like more. The chosen dish (fish and vegetables) was delicious, the dessert a marvel. Perfect service.
