we have lived here for 20 years and tried many restaurants. our son also worked here so that we know the work of the kitchen. the attentive, friendly and efficient staff welcome them to their table. there are numerous options on the menu. a quick menu of 10 euro to lunch, a cozy menu at 23 and obviously many other options on 'la carte'. we were several times and were never disappointed. in the last night we left after the main course to have a walk around rodez to make space for dessert and then continued with the meal. eating is all hand prepared, it is not bought. we were warmly advised to try this place. actually tasted eating well, but the (friendly) service was suspiciously fast. first plate came when we had only begun to tear our aperitif. we were later told that all dishes are frozen, which explains for the great offer and fast service. not bad, but there may be no single cook back in the kitchen.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Our waiter (lady) spoke nice English. I've ordered salad with cold and warm foie gras on bread toasts (Salad au 2 foies) which was the best foie gras salad I've ever had offering also fruit chutney...in mini bowl. My wife went for the €23 menu which turned out to be delicious as well!

we finally had the chance to eat here today. it was amazing, great service, very nice and friendly welcome, great setting to watch the rodez world go by, and delicious eating. we would recommend this restaurant and look forward to the return flight. thank you!
