Haute cuisine with brilliant and professional service. The dishes are beautifully presented, as you 'd expect for the higher price. We had 3 courses each with a €60 bottle of 2021 sauvignon blanc to share. The wine was great (although a 3x markup over store price is a bit steep). The starters were probably the best part, with interesting flavour combinations and fantastic presentation. The mains were tasty but not as exciting. The langoustine main had too little langoustine, and serving it on butterbeans felt a bit basic. A good gourmet on the island! We had met the chef in another atmosphere 2 years ago camping restaurant) , he told us then wanted to take over La Maison to make the kitchen he loves , What a reussite ! Restaurant selected for my birthday dinner: a real culinary and taste experience worthy of a true gourmet restaurant! Excellent restaurant a little excentrated from Saint-Martin but quiet, all in a superb atmosphere accompanied by a very professional and pleasant service. This property is very close to a very passing road bcp too much noise on the terrace not pleasant... The kitchen bof bof weddings in the plate are not very happy. On the very nice level of service
