A real delight, a chef of Japanese-inspired cuisine, an explosion of flavors in the mouth at each plate. Assiettes surprising and thoughtful, congratulations on the work and creativity of the chef. I called to ask if he used vegetarian dishes, I was told yes. Once on site, I was offered nothing. In short, very disappointed. Quality of service has reviewed. I don’t understand how we got the star.... Apart from that, very nice place.
