At this time of year many places to eat in this region are closed, so we were delighted to find this little treasure open all year round. Booking is essential as Isabelle cooks just for the number of people who have reserved. Not your traditional restaurant, it is like a visit to a friends house, but a friend who is an excellent cook! The surroundings are charming and the hostess warm and friendly. A must-do if you want to experience something original, with the emphasis on local products and personal service. We enjoyed the house wine so much that we went to the Cave at Bonnieux the following week to buy some to take home with us.
I can’t imagine that the owner cares about repeat business random tourists is the main pray here. Our food quality was poor (cheap ingredients, salty, greasy) and stale dessert. I would not recommend eating here. More importantly the owner of the above joint verbally abused us after posting this review. Did I mention that dessert was at least 2 days old, bread was stale, main course chicken leg cheap ingredient over cooked and overly salty. Salad was ok
What a charming and unique way to experience a meal in Provence. Not exactly a restaurant - more of a home cooked meal experience by a native, in her home. Dinner was delicious as was the wine. Isabel was gracious and made us a wonderful meal. Our tour guide booke this for us - thank you Marlene and 'Experience Provence Tours'!
this romantic restaurant where the flavors of old come to fill the straws, is a magical place with excellent quality ratio:prix. it was a real happiness to make the acquaintance of Isabelle, our host who walks away for her guests. beautiful garden you shouldn't miss! Go quickly for an evening you'll remember!
