Best French café ever! Eric makes a crème brûlée that's even better than what you find in Paris—no one else comes close. If you love crème brûlée, you absolutely have to try his! His chocolate tart is the best I've ever had; the pastry is fantastic, and the chocolate filling is just perfect. And don’t get me started on his salted caramel jars—they're to die for! I could go on and on, but I must mention his brioche, which is equally amazing. There are so many incredible treats in his shop that you just can’t find anywhere else. Oh, and I almost forgot his fabulous lemon tart—it's truly outstanding! This is my favorite place on the coast.
We visited this restaurant today after seeing a local news segment about a dissatisfied customer who absurdly complained about the lack of macarons. Clearly, we’re not the only ones interested, as the place is bustling! My husband is currently in line to place our dessert order, and it looks like he’ll be waiting about another 10 minutes. In hindsight, we should have ordered dessert with our lunch! However, we don’t mind the wait because we know it will be as delicious as our meal was. We will definitely be coming back! Kudos to the entire staff for managing such a busy venue today!
The food is magnificent and the service is friendly, the atmosphere is french and wonderful. I used to drive all the way to Cooroy to enjoy the food when they had Maison de Provence. I would always bring my french friends who were craving authentic french food there. Now I don't have to travel as far to enjoy the best of French cuisine in Queensland. Keep up the excellent work you have nothing to be ashamed off. A big Boo to the person who is giving you so much trouble. GOOD PUBLICITY I SAY. Now those people who didn't know where you were now do. I've followed Eric and Françoise for 12 years from Cooran to Pomona to Cooroy and just this week their new restaurant in Meridan Plains. Superb food and coffee, friendly service. It's a pity I have to drive 62 kms, but it's worth every minute. Thank you both for helping me get my French fix again. You're the real deal.
Took mum here for an easter cuppa and cake. Took a bit to find, but a hidden gem. �Beautiful cake and tea, will b coming back and telling everyone about it�
