This place made me want every time I walked in front, I went there for my birthday. The place is very welcoming, the very nice staff, the very pleasant terrace but on the other hand the dishes really not good to say worse. I have rarely eaten so badly. Inside, a very special type of fatty liver soup, a stretchy limit and the intercoast a taste of fresh steps that I could barely touch, yet I’m not hard, but that really doesn’t. Moment agréable que ce dîner passé dans la salle cosy de ce restaurant avec sa cheminée Excellent accueil, serveur très agréable. Seul bémol, il est seul un samedi soir pour faire l’accueil, le bar, le service, avec une salle pleine. Malgré toute sa bonne volonté et son énergie il ne peut pas être partout. Il a d’ailleurs été secondé par un cuisinier pour le service à certains moments. Côté cuisine, c,était très réussi. Excellent tartare de haddock, frais, bien assaisonné, l’œuf frit vaut le détour, il mériterait peut-être un petit coup de peps mais c’est une question de goût. Le risotto est parfaitement maitrisé lui aussi assaisonné à souhait. La cuisson du bar est elle aussi maitrisé pour...
A very good restaurant halfway between traditions and modernism. The dishes are very well presented and very good. The service and reception of Chef Thierry Bourbonnais are also of very good quality. That positive points, I recommend without hesitation!

Balivernes, negative opinions. For On this day of the 14/12/2023 at 12:00, we were able to taste, without prejudice, the dishes of the Chef we met. A humble and discreet person, but at the command of these warm places.
Great discovery. It's a First and probably not the last. Menus are accessible to all and tasty dishes made by Chef Bourbonnais. Thanks to Jérôme for his sense of service and his friendliness.
