The tradition stick is a pleasure. She's very crispy and mellow. We took sandwiches, they were fresh, hearty and very good. Bought a Paris Brest and Chocolate Caramel Tarte. Really enjoyed both. Chocolate caramel tart was definitely the favourite. Felt the pastry on the Paris Brest was slightly dry. Would return to try more of the pastries.

Clean bakery, top service and I appreciate all their traditions! The pastries are delicious and very copyy especially the pepito. I recommend the eyes closed.
