My recent stay at Hotel La Mandarine in Piolenc was nothing short of a nightmare. I booked the hotel with high hopes, but unfortunately, it turned out to be an utterly horrible experience. From the moment we arrived, it became evident that this place was far from what we had expected. To start, the owner's behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable. He was constantly drinking, which led to inappropriate and aggressive behavior towards both children and dogs. As a family with three small kids and a furry companion, we felt incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe during our entire stay. Witnessing such behavior was not only disturbing but also dangerous for all guests, especially the little...
We were delighted with our stay. We stayed four days. The reception was particularly friendly. The manager and her husband were very attentive and very available. The cottage is of very high quality. Ideally located near a motorway access but not too much, as you don’t hear, or see, that allows a quick arrival and to be close to the sites to visit. The very spacious room was of impeccable cleanliness. The swimming pool and the available spaces have enabled us to relax between two visits to the region. Thanks again Nelly for this very pleasant stay.
