The Hôtel Il Etait Une Fois with its restaurant Au Cul de Poule in Piolenc was our fourth destination for our stopover on our tour to Spain this year. True to our motto the journey is the destination , we plan highlights on our tours. A stay here is part of it. Enjoy this oasis of peace with excellent wine, fabulous food and wonderful beds. After a restful night, fortify yourself with the lovingly arranged Breakfast, which, in addition to jam, cheese and ham, offers egg variations specially prepared for you. We will definitely be back. We have dinner in this establishment that really deserves to be stopped! The frame, the dishes, the team, everything was perfect!!! Thank you for this delicious moment! I can’t note the rooms because we haven’t slept on site but no doubt they’re up to everything else! Thank you for this very good evening at your restaurant, we enjoyed ourselves. Everything was excellent, and the fries quality criterion was top notch! Finally real crispy fries as they should be and not frozen subway ones... A detail that says a lot... Value for money 10/10. Place full of charm : excellent reception, charming owners. Spacious and very comfortable rooms, new and neat bedding. Good-class gourmet restaurant, rich breakfasts worthy of brunch for hungry. This is the second time we dine in this restaurant, and it will certainly not be the last. The map is varied and has a wide choice, with a majority of homemade dish. Quality and quantity are at the rendezvous, and prices are correct! The atmosphere is calm and warm. I strongly recommend.
5 stars for the restaurant part, Tablée of 11 people for a birthday, we all enjoyed the aperitif to dessert! Service to the top. Thank you for this pleasant time spent in your beautifully decorated establishment. We'll be back!
