Shh do not tell anyone but we went there last night and had an excellent meal. Our party of 6 all chose the 27 euro menu we could choose from the fixed menu and the specials I started with the Assiette, a salad...with bite-size slices of several different meats, some warm. Then I had Jambonette (chicken stuffed and rolled, cookend then sliced) and for dessert I had a special (glace souffle with pommes tapees nice but I will not have it again We had a very nice bottle of Bourgueil at 22.50 euros. We had various other sundries (aperitifs, soft drinks, drinks with coffee.. and the bill was under 40 euros a head!!! Now the restaurant the car park is on the other side of the road to the restauran...
we went on a morning to book for 7.30 a.m. on the same evening (Friday), which explains that we had a big dog with us. the host was unsurpassed by this, was very friendly and helpful, and we had expectations that we were for a good night....We came and were warmly welcomed and offered every table in the (empty) restaurant. we sat at the window, and the dog was close and sniffed. two more couples came in. the waitress was chatting and helpful, and we ordered appetizers: a warm deensalat for me and filled mushrooms for my man. both were tasty, interesting presented on square glass plates, and we were delighted to see our network of filet mignons de porc. we ordered a bottle chateau parnay. ina...
excellent traditional French dishes. a real tasty. cozy atmosphere .. they will just love it friendly and pro personal . fabien is a very sweet person that makes them feel at home.
