I took the time to write this review because I was slit by my experience at the maniguette. I'll start with the positive points. the setting is very pleasant, warm and beautifully decorated. staff is kind, helpful and efficient. On the kitchen side, there is a real research in the associations of flavors and in the use of spices. But I wasn't convinced by all the dishes served during our time at the maniguette. The cabbage at the entrance was good. There was a search in textures, spices. the cans and qunelles of quinoa did not convince me at all.
