We stayed from the to the of July, found this place by chance as we prefer smaller hotels with good restaurants. We were very lucky! This place got seven rooms, each individually decorated. It is charming, the rooms impeccable and spacious, also the bathroom. The dinner at the terrasse outside: Just wonderful. The quality of the food excellent. I can recomend this place unconditionaly. We were lucky to find a charming place like this. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. Anytime again. Thank you team of Margelle!
Restaurant situé dans le joli hôtel du même nom. Cadre élégant, joliment décoré. Accueil très sympa. Carte courte (c'est bon signe ça ! : 3 entrées, 3 plats, 3 desserts. Produits frais parfaitement travaillés. Cuisine très goûteuse et jolie présentation. Excellent artichaut cuit façon barigoule avec condiment aux agrumes en entrée, simplement parfait et léger. Poulpe cuit sous vide et légumes croquants en plat : un véritable délice. Jolie carte de vins régionaux. Un gros coup de cœur !
The restaurant is a misunderstanding, given the great variety of outstanding restaurants in the region. The food is below average. The kitchen tries to follow a trendy french cuisine, but lacks skills to create a pleasant treat. Taste is not worth the money, making this below average food really overpriced. The staff is not trained. The good side is a beautiful courtyard, but many mosquitoes and tasteless food made the time in it unpleasant. I do not recommend this restaurant.
We had the opportunity to come to dinner at the Margelle in September 2023. A very good welcome. Very friendly staff. And especially a delicious meal. If the opportunity is to return to the region, we will return! Cathy
Accueil et service très bien par un personnel jeune. Grande terrasse et intérieur moderne/chic. Foie gras, filet de bœuf et desserts excellents.
Place with lots of charm regularly musically animated. It's good, hearty and the service is very nice! I recommend.
