Client service exceptionally offhand. I have visited Valencia many many times and know both other sites that belong to La Mas Bonita. I went for a coffee with my wife because we liked the other two sites. The layout is super, the cakes/coffee very tasty. What was bad was the appalling indifference and rudeness to customers shown by the senior team member/manager. Exactly the same experience is reported in the Spanish review: Buscare otro sitio. The manager stood in front of me at the till (where you have to order) for a full two minutes without acknowledging me but tapping the display. When I said Hola I was blanked. Absolutely amazing spot for brunch! The pick and mix works so well for those who want to try a little of their favourite things. We enjoyed sitting out in the glasshouse at the back with the sunshine pouring in. The food arrived quickly and everyone enjoyed their brunch a lot! We also had to try the tiramisu cake which was fantastic
We stayed just a few doors along from here during our trip to Valencia, and made several stops here to start the day off! Their pastries are delicious and incredibly reasonably priced, and the coffee is great too. Would highly recommend, can’t understand why this place doesn’t have more positive reviews.
The place is great for breakfast. It has its on spirit and feeling. The place wasn't so full so we don't know what is going on in there rush hours. the workers do not speek English but are very helpful.
