because this was our first trip to gap, we were looking for local restaurants on tripadvisor. we have made a reservation to ensure that we were able to get a table as it was Friday night, and I think it is advisable as they were almost completely booked. the waitresses were extremely helpful and delivered a great service, but were not intrusive at all. Although their English was not perfect, they went to great pain to explain the menu to some non-French speakers. two of us chose the meal for 30 euro and one chose the meal for 43 euro. we were a group of seven, and we all chose their menu. the main course was deenbrust, simply beautiful, accompanied by what was supposed to be ravioli. if it had not been for pasta, the review would have been five stars. the service was friendly, not... excessively attentive, but friendly. weine were local and good. the restaurant was filled so that in any case a reservation is in order. everything in a very pleasant evening.
This restaurant is perfect, for the food, the service and the price/quality level. We were there twice for dinner and tried both meat and fish menus. The quality of the food and of the service is really high and the place is very relaxing. It's...really one of the best restaurants I've ever been in my life!
we were in gap couple times to climb on the nearby ceuse and came both paints into this restaurant. it has a great worth three curs dinner for 30 euro. the food is beautifully made and very tasty. French kitchen with a twist. highly recommended!
