A friend recommended this place to have a romnatic dinner in a cosy and lovely place. There aren't many tables (maybe 10) so it is better to book. On Saturday they do not accept bookings, however if you go there around 8:30 you will be fine. We had a bottle of cote du rhone, and the flan with cheese was amazing as starter. Then we ordered 1 ravioli, with st marcellin, and a sort of peace of meat with a creamy sauce. Was delicious. Everything was perfect and the price is very honest. I would like to celebrate my annyversary there again!
Admitted we arrived quiet late ar 22.20 but opening hrs showed 23.30. We were ignored the first five minutes and upon approaching somebody to ask, he said it was quiet late so we have to order the plates straight away without the starters. We agreed and he openend the restaurant door, we thought he wanted to show us something outside or have us seated outside but then we understood he wanted to show us the way out as he pointed to the restaurant next door.Such a weird dissappointing handling of guests!
We had a late night meal here after the rugby. An unexpected funky little spot on the edge of the street. We ate a la carte. Do not miss the St Marecelin cheese here...the best we found all weekend. The staff were very attentive and cared for our evey needs. I will head back here next time in town.
Early evening, we were heading back to the popular eating area and looking for somewhere with a good selection of non-meat dishes. This little restaurant was perfect. Had lunch here and was very satisfied! I arrived a bit late, after 2pm but they still welcomed me and served me a main dish, dessert and coffee without a fuzz. Food was delicious, a bit lighter and fresh and the staff was very friendly. Cozy place, would recommend!
Lucky enough to walk past on an evening stroll. The welcome was warm and the restaurant is an inviting space. Loved the food and the friendly ladies who served us. Will go back when we return to Lyon.
