Don’t look any further, that’s where you have to go! I have come to Aumont Aubrac since 2013 and have not found a better restaurant in the area. The Merelle recently reopened its doors. The menu is varied and the products offered of high quality. The well-stocked plates will delight pilgrims after a long day of walking. The steak tartare for example is a delight and a color symphony. The meat is not chopped but cut into thin pieces, as it should be. And if you have a little abused of the rosé, you can always rest in one of the rooms of “La Ferme de l’Aubrac”, new name of the hotel Aubrac in the same building as the restaurant

Typical dishes and simplicity. Excellent quality ratio. Quality service. Only flat in the table, concerning me, the pudding is made for lost bread. Otherwise it's great.
