I waited a year to go back to this place because one of the clerks was a total jerk and refused to let me sample a couple flavors before I purchased. Went back in because he no longer works there and they had no milk to make shakes with. WTAF?! Place is also very dirty and cluttered. Owners obviously don't care, don't know how this place stays in business.
Bad service horrible staff. They are racist and only like to serve their own people. I will never spend another penny in that run down 3rd world store ever again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I love the other la michicana stores but this one is the WORST
The snow is not at its point, very watery, it seems liquefied, I asked for spicy, they added whatever they wanted and since they put it on top of everything, terrible quality and terrible service

Horrible service, food was bad and they charged me 2 dollars for cheese. They need to stop being so stingy with the ingredients.
I ordered a Monster preparado, and I can say it's the best one i had so far!! It's a must try if u come to this michoacana
