Wanted simply chocolate ice cream with banana and peanut butter (they offer a protein combo similar to it so I figure why not), and the employee asked me if I want that with peanuts. Confused, I replied just peanut butter and banana; then he fetched the blender and went to the calculator to tell me the cost, letting me know he’s doing me a favor by not charging me for the protein, which I never asked for. I really enjoy being able to choose my own fruit and toppings. The fruit was fresh, and the cream had the perfect level of sweetness alongside the coconut granola. It was delicious!
The food here was terrible; I couldn't even finish the ice cream because it tasted so bad. It was nothing like the ice cream I've had at other Michoacanas. I won't be returning.
I ordered the medium size for $9, but the cup I received was far too small for a medium. Given the price, I was disappointed. I do not recommend this place.

The crema filled less than half of the cup, and there was only a small amount of granola and coconut. Overall, I found it to be disappointing.
The staff are super nice . There are just too many choices. I really recommend the strawberry one. The ferrero one is pretty good as well.
I love visiting this place for ice cream or any other Mexican snacks like esquites. They also offer smoothies and healthy shots!
Nice staff, good tasting ice cream but overpriced prices. Went in for an L mangoenade drink and 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup.
