I've been coming here for a long time and tonight when I came I had the rudest server ever her name was Jacklyn. She was rude disrespectful had an attitude. I asked for a couple of things they didn't have it I said you guys are out of everything in a friendly way her response was ya we are what do you want while rolling her eyes at me and my daughter. I said oh I'm sorry we just got 1 scoop of ice cream each she threw them down everyone looked at her like wow. I asked for a manager she said no I asked her name she said F you for what everyone was in shock her coworker gave me her name. I paid said thank you and told her I'm sorry your having a bad day but you don't have to be rude her respon...
This lady is very unpleasant, she gave me terrible service, I understand that she already wants to go home because it's not long before they close, but they have to serve customers well and not be angry, I ordered 2 tostilocos and she didn't want them. put lemon and tajin, until I told him to put them, he put them and said aah, you have to tell me that you want lemon and tajin, and I know that the tostilocos have lemon and tajin, I recommend that if you go after 9:00pm don't let her serve you, she is very unpleasant and not at all friendly.
Poor customer service. They don't greet you with a smile. A girl took my order and when I asked another Lady for something she said she will get it for you, referring to the girl who was helping me. Booth don't look happy to be working. Bought ice cream, paleta and an esquite. Esquite was dry, asked if they put Mayo and got an mmm hmm didn't offer to add more or anything.
Do not go to store an hour before the store closes. Even though online the store closes at 10pm, in reality it closes at 9pm to the employees. I understand wanting to close early but people like to snack late at night. Horrible customer service and wasn’t helped even though one employe was just standing there pretending to be busy.

Got to the place 5 mins before they closed . Employee walks and see us trying to walk in. The employee literally locked the door in our face. This happened 5/3/23. Bad customer service if you tell me.
They advertise closing at 10 but when I arrived at 9, the restaurant was already closed. Please update your operating hours.

The restaurant constantly plays cantina music, but it should offer music that the whole family can enjoy. This is terrible.

I absolutely love this place, especially on Sundays when they have delicious ice cream! It's so good, MMMMM.
Came with the family to get ice cream . Clean store and respectfull staff.
