La Mie Caline, situated on the Place des Artes, is fast becoming my go-to place for baguettes. They bake them throughout the day, so there’s always a good chance I’ll come home with a warm one. They also do an excellent job on other baked goods, I’m a huge fan of their pain au raisin and croissant aux abricot. Service is friendly and they tolerate my American-accented French. Despite what I’m seeing on the news about grain shortages and price spikes, they’ve held the line and not raised prices on their delicious baked goods.
Already to start I want to say that the welcome was good the sellers were nice, on the other hand, the room is really dirty, the tables, the chairs of the spider canvas everywhere I took a cappuccino it was gross I don’t know how one can still miss a coffee so I didn’t drink it well, the croissant was hard orange juice pressed since the morning I think
The amplitude of this store is a real plus, open Sunday and public holidays is rather convenient! Nice and invested bosses, nice and smiling employees! The current product ranges are pretty good, well positioned in beautiful showcases!
Fast food but fresh and good food. Well located with seating in and out. Not quite a cafe but the coffee is ok and the food is fresh. Some pastry products can be a little doughy but overall worth a stop and very good value

Some products a little expensive compared to other bakeries in Thonon but very good and great coffee. The baguettes are not to our taste, a little too tasteless for me.
One of the very unpleasant sellers, apparently not very excited to work no matter what time of day I don’t feel like disturbing her when she takes care of her nails
