El sitio está en la playa de los bateles donde se puede ver un atardecer precioso. Pedimos almejas al tío pepe que estaban muy buenas (por poner una pega, poco reducido el alcohol). Después pedimos rejo de pulpo que estaba bien hecho pero la ración escasa relación-precio. De principales atun de almadraba con salsa carabineros, que tenia poca salsa per estaba bueno. El calamar a la plancha con verduras y patatas estaba bien, un pelin soso y le sobraba el mojo verde.
I have been visiting La Ola every September for the past 8 or 9 years and it never fails to impress. Wonderful beachfront setting, inviting ambience, friendly and knowledgeable staff but above all, fantastic cuisine. There are so many standout dishes the burrata and tomato salad, marinated chipirones, and all the tuna dishes are just some but you really would struggle to find a below par dish on the menu. Good value wine list too, with numerous local options.
Lorenzo, con sus fieles escuderos Diego y Kiko; y ahora Juan Diego, entre otros, ha transformado lo que ya era un restaurante en la playa, en un mirador sobre ella. Los langostinos en tempura, las almejas al jerez, o las doradas, regados con gran manzanilla, dan fe de ello. Merece la pena cruzar España entera, desde Santander, para disfrutarlo. Un 10.

Este chiringuito está ubicado en un lugar preferente de la playa, con espacio interior y exterior , carta amplia y buen servicio. Por poner un pero, el atún de almadraba, en otras ocasiones mejor, más jugoso y sabroso.
Just perfect! Food was amazing, nice staff, always pretty busy, but they handle everything perfectly and u can wait at the bar, its just a really nice location. Highly recommended! We definitely come back this week.
