Very good brewery and well located, the food was superb, I went there with my friends and we reserved, very good service, however I returned there a second time with my friend, we were installed on the terrace and 20 minutes waiting at least, to have a map while the waiters were next to us, rid of the table or brought a carafe, a gentleman arrived before us, without a map
Food, dessert and drinks were good. The service staff was also very good. However, the interior was crowded, noisy and a bit stuffy. If you are looking for a quiet and spacious environment, I do not recommend it. If you just want to eat, you can have a normal meal.
Everything is approximate in this brewery. Reservation not held ( wait 10 min the coffee not even offered), the service is also, and the sauerkraut we ate was as much. The city centre in Rennes probably deserves better.
