Why wouldn’t this Place of business put on their website that you cannot order online. Instead you go through all of the steps of ordering online and the system charges your card twice!!! When I called and spoke to the general manager Brenda and expressed my concerns and that I was absolutely upset because my card was charged $46 twice!! Her attitude towards me was eventually your money will come back to you!!! And that they are having problems with the system online. She was very unprofessional I lived in Texas for 18 1/2 years there is no way a Mexican or Tex-Mex restaurant would be so unprofessional. This has been a favorite lunch destination for me and many of my co-workers and I have personally enjoyed the food at this restaurant for many years. The taste, quality, and cleanliness appear to be second to none. The problem is consistently poor service. To the point that my wife refuses to use it as a lunch destination during the week because you never know if your going to wait 10min for your food or 30 min. I have more patience than her up until today, but after waiting 35 min for a burrito that never showed, I'm done! Btw fewer than 5 folks seated before I arrived. Sad to see a great local food destination lose business because of there inconsistent service.
We attempted to place a takeout order, but after waiting for 40 minutes, the woman at the front rudely informed us that it wasn't ready and walked away. It seemed like she was the only person working, causing others to wait a long time for their food. Many customers left due to issues with their orders. This will be our final visit as it is clear they lack the ability to properly run a restaurant, ultimately resulting in us never receiving our food.
The food was tasty, but the wait for our meals was over an hour. They had a chip and salsa bar to keep us occupied while we waited. The service was average, but could have been improved. Takeout orders seemed to be their main focus, with orders being fulfilled quickly. The restaurant was uncomfortably warm, causing customers to sweat while eating. I waited for 40 minutes after placing my order, only to be rudely told by the server that my food was not ready and they would not be able to serve me. It was clear that she was the only one working and customers were waiting a long time to be served. This will be the last time I visit this restaurant as they clearly do not know how to operate a restaurant and serve their customers.
We went there today around 1:35 sat down girl gave us the menu and asked for our drink order. She came back and apologized because they cant take any sit down orders but can do take out. We live in Gramercy where were we to eat and food would have been cold by the time we got home. We waited for the lunch rush so it wouldnt have been crowded. We were very disappointed.
I had a fantastic gathering with friends after the gym at this restaurant! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure our drinks kept flowing. It was my first visit but definitely not my last! I was very pleased with the experience and service provided.
Very good local Mexican. More traditional than the chains. I got the seafood chimichanga . Lobster, shrimp, crawfish grill onions mushroom and more. 2 of us ate for 25 bucks with just water. Very casual and family oriented but only about 15 tables. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food was delicious and the service was a bit slow but the staff was excellent. Overall, no complaints as the food was great.
