the proposed formula has an excellent value for money! We have tasted more things, the home foie gras is sublime, vegetable soups are very tasteful, meats perfectly cooked and always accompanied by a good juice or truffle oil. I also recommend desserts, especially the lemon pie revisited. the service is very professional and attentive and the servers do everything so that you spend a pleasant time. Don't hesitate to go and drink a digestive (or take the aperitif) in the hotel lounge, around a large and welcoming fireplace.
For a restaurant that says gastronomic in a 4 star hotel all this is NAVRANT, DECEVANT. We're trying to make you think you're in a renowned establishment, actually it's the equivalent of FLUNCH. Everything must be vacuumed and released at the last moment. Example of entry to 25 euros the menu...riz with mussels. Just warm rice and mussels out of the freezer. The whole lost at the bottom of a plate, but especially without flavor. SCANDALEUX.
as part of our stay at the gran carlina we had booked a table for dinner. What a surprise for the price to discover, dishes honoring both the region and our taste buds. The service was very pleasant, the servers know their job! I highly recommend it!

very good especially for 28 € dinner. Nice effort for gluten-inherents. If we warn in advance we can even have bread.
