Thursday 16 August 2018 at night. We take a little late to find a restaurant on the commune of Mont Dore (63 , tonight, all restaurants joined by phone are complete. Only one responds favorably to our search, I book now. Then I look at the website. Transmitter!!!! Resto gastro!!! And what to say of the Alléchant menu presented on their page (which might have to be an old Christmas menu .... Either! 20h, Here we are. A large and beautiful room...... empty. came to dinner with family on Friday, March 16, at the menu: entrances: vegetable soup or poultry salad: grilled beef or minced beef (the same thing but cut with sauce) or redt. desserts: cheese or tatin pie for children: chopped steak or flat chicken without refinement and poorly presented deplorable service, clumsy waiter, poorly organized and with an inappropriate humor. nothing to do with the menus and dishes displayed on their site, except the price: 28€ per adult 15€ per child!
A big disappointment while the restaurant hotel site promised a gourmet meal!!! No originality or research in the dishes. No flavour, fade and quantity is limited (one lost endive in the middle of the resistance plate). Oh, I was forgetting the two spoons of bead mushrooms... In the end a much too salty note considering quality and quantity. We are presented with a gastronomic to attract us and we are served with cafeteria dishes. I don't recommend this restaurant.
For a restaurant that says gastronomic in a 4 star hotel all this is NAVRANT, DECEVANT. We're trying to make you think you're in a renowned establishment, actually it's the equivalent of FLUNCH. Everything must be vacuumed and released at the last moment. Example of entry to 25 euros the menu...riz with mussels. Just warm rice and mussels out of the freezer. Very expensive for what it is Classic meal I will not put more than 15€ for a menu at 30€!!!!! They also have a beautiful feat: a piece of meat burned and bleeding at once! Digne d’un top chef mais inmangeable Mention spéciale au service qui était très bien!
Although the deco was a bit past, we were pleasantly surprised at the negative reviews read. Friendly and smiling staff. Very correct dish and ratio of price interesting. Special mention for good desserts!
Look for the stars... correct meals but nothing gastro. An in-room service that can't coordinate and a decaffeinated bar. That’s nice but no more. Too bad!

Venus in September , hotel desert so we have enjoyed extreme tranquility. Simple card, refined but a little expensive!
