Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur ce p'tit resto bien sympa.Tout était délicieux, fait maison bio ou local, un régal.Les légumes étaient cuits à la perfection, le cuisto a même réussi à nous faire apprécier des saveurs que nous n'aimons pas d'habitude (fenouil et coriandre). Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés (ce serait dommage car les assiettes en plus d'être bonnes sont belles), vous ne serez pas déçus ! D'ailleurs il faut réserver. Un régal pour les papilles !
La part du colibri propose une cuisine originale, belle, de très bonne qualité, servie avec amabilité. Des produits bio et un travail écologiquement responsable en font un restaurant pour lequel on apprécie le concept. Il est situé dans une rue calme et pittoresque de Crest, autant dire que son cadre joue aussi en sa faveur. Nous y retournerions sans aucun doute !

The dishes are very original Everything is local, organic and qualitative, from a region where fruits and vegetables don’t have to travel to the plates. Too bad the service is not as pleasant as the place.
