חיפשנו מסעדה פשוטה עם בישול מקומי. מצאנו את La Part-En-These כמעט במקרה. בעלת המסעדה קיבלה אותנו בפנים מוארות. ממש. את התפריט היא תרגמה לנו בעל-פה לאנגלית, עם תשומת לב לכל פרט והתאימה לכל אחד מאיתנו את המנה כפי שהוא אוהב. היינו חמישה שלוש מאיתנו צמחוניות עם הגבלות גלוטן, חלב וכאלה....אהבנו מאוד את האורז השחור, טארט הקישואים והסלט הירוק. העוף היה נימוך ומתובל טוב. שמחנו לראות שהמסעדה מומלצת פה, שמחים להוסיף את ההמלצה שלנו.

not easy to find but once we are there we appreciate the warm welcome and home cooking. c just as I love perfect ♥ do not change anything and good continuation. More facilities such as yours would need to be used for cooked dishes with fresh and fully prepared products of the day. a present when I go to coustellet I make sure to organize my lunch break in this adorable little restaurant

We stopped in for a coffe and to use the facilities. The owner was welcome and inviting. Two days later we stopped by at 15 minutes prior to her closing, and she welcomed us with open arms. The food was delicious. She also recommended a Domaine for us to visit (she poured us a glass of their wine). So we came back for lunch two days later and had another provential specialty.

Cathy was referred to us by our travel agent to cook a meal for five in our rental house near Coustelet. It could not have been better! We had a vegan for whom she had to modify the menu and she blended that in very gracefully and tastefully. Very fresh taste to everything and she could not have been nicer. despite the hour (15h), we were warmly welcomed and we ate very well in this small, friendly restaurant. simple cuisine with fresh products and if you want gluten-free, we have enjoyed it. Very nice boss, to the pleasure of seeing each other again.(The 3 poitevins.)

This charming restaurant offers healthy cuisine, beautifully prepared. The owner, Cathy, is most accommodating. The food we tasted: Provencal chicken, lovely apple tarts, and roasted pork were wonderful. We will return when in Provence!

Wir wurden sehr nett bewertet und es gab auch nach 14.30 Uhr warme Küche. Alles schmeckte sehr lecker und die Chefin war auch sehr freundlich und lieferte uns viele Informationen. Das alles in angenehmem und gepfletem Ambiente.
