very beautiful representation of French cuisine perpignan. this restaurant deserves a star and a distinction for the refinement of these dishes and macaron with an exceptionally diplomat cream in terms of perfume and texture. a passionate cheff is in the ovens and wine agreements of the country in a room combining local and fresh ingredients with Catalan drinks.
