I've been there in the professional setting. the restaurant is located in denges 15 minutes from lausanne, in the industrial area. It is in fact a modern kitchen workshop type "master chef" and a restaurant room typée lounge. The concept is simple, fun and really original. Instead for business staff, from 8 employees/collegues, you create your own meal from start to finish (entries, dish, dessert, etc.) and then enjoy it in the room. to guide your steps, the owner of the place, a real strong personality in experience that will gladly communicate to you all its best pipes for a success to 100.% while relaxing the time of a glass of white well chosen. a fun, moose and especially unforgettable...
Im Jahr 2015 war ich mehrmals mit verschiedenen Unternehmen zum "Team Building" in diesem Restaurant. Es waren immer intensive und lehrreiche Momente, geprägt von Glück und gutem Verständnis zwischen den Teilnehmern. Auf der kulinarischen Seite sind es die Teilnehmer, die ihre Mahlzeiten zubereiten, und auch wenn es für einige schwierig ist, sind die Gerichte immer ausgezeichnet, ausgewogen, voller Entdeckungen und mit lokalen Produkten. Freundlich, fröhlich, aber dennoch professionell und geprägt vom Willen der Anwesenden, was nicht immer offensichtlich ist. Die meisten von ihnen steigen zu 100 % ins Spiel ein, aber es gibt immer Leute, die viel verlangen, aber nicht bereit sind, zu investi...
We came with friends for a year-end evening and we spent a moment of loneliness. The boss is unpleasant dry and authoritarian and does not support opinions other than his own...From the cooking workshop to the coffee we didn't feel relaxed...The coffee was offered to us in 2030 what we were sure refused since the evening was scheduled until 23h but the bosses still threw us out at 21h despite the 300.- of supplement planned to prolong the evening until 23h. I strongly advise you to make your way!
This was supposed to be a nice relaxed evening sharing, a nice cooking experience with my colleagues and friends, accompanied by good wines. We have been there for a sort of team building, we have prepared our own lunch from 1 to 10 in a relaxing and appealing atmosphere. Cooking has never been so easy and fast with the support of the staff!At the end food was amazing!!!They also do different coocking training.Great place in Denges.
Von außen betrachtet hat das Gebäude nichts Außergewöhnliches, aber sobald die Tür überquert ist, eine andere Welt! Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich an dieser Art von Veranstaltung teilnehme und die Idee originell finde. Der Kunde bereitet seine Mahlzeit mit der Hilfe kompetenter Personen zu.
Ein tolles Erlebnis, im Team zu kochen unter der Anleitung des Meisters des Hauses, der gute Ratschläge gibt, und dann Platz für die Verkostung! Genießen Sie es!
