Disappointed in several respects by this Japanese restaurant with concept at will ... Certainly we know that when we come to the kind of establishment we will not have a delivery server that will dislocate our dishes but still.. Very medium home, random control several errors, unfriendly servers... Arrived at 9:45, the at will was limited to a passage. Don't act. And cherry on the cake, there was no rice for the dishes! A comb for an Asian restaurant. The quality of the dishes was basic, not what to jump to the ceiling but correct. Anyway, a feeling of being taken for a walking blue card... even if we don't come back, others will push the door. If you want to eat in a Japanese cuisine restau...
Nice home, terrace table by telephone but on site no room yet aperitif offered to wait. A pleasant and smiling customer care service, with good dishes served, a little wait to serve.... A Thursday 13 July we can understand... However on a visual terrace on the trash of our table and in front of the entrance of the restaurant, not to mention the smells with this heat that day....it lacks class and hygiene, which makes the meal not very pleasant. That's a shame. There is an effort to do in the decor of the terrace, fish basin not maintained and move these garbage absolutely.
From the entrance we were told that there was no salmon bcp.Since then we were refused because our 5-year-old is allergic to fish and we asked to take only a drink for him because he had already dinner. The boss told us to pay a menu even if he didn't eat. It's unacceptable!!! He preferred to refuse 5 menus because we were 5 people. Discrimination against us. Yet we are loyal customers... Never any commercial gesture to perform despite several missing products like salmon.... To flee!!!!!
Arrived at the time of booking, 2 children being allergic we warned the person who welcomed us that the 2 will not eat, so it started to tell us that they will still have to pay their formulas. Even if they consumed drinks the person told us no, iel really wanted to make us pay the formulas while they weren't going to eat. I find it unacceptable. Too bad we can't put 0 out of 5 especially that it was formulas for the evening (well more expensive than the noon).
Reservation at 9 pm and when we arrive we are barely welcomed ... and we ask ourselves to wait ... what it is for to book if we have to wait a lead before we can finally have a table ... unacceptable. they could at least apologize ...
Very good sushi, however, the service is very long. We waited 25min to be served and 25min for 2 nms again, it’s really bad when we know that the kitchen is of quality.
Excellent product quality. Head of the very welcoming and helpful sign. Nevertheless very noisy inside the weekend. I recommend with family, couple or friends.
I've known this restaurant for 4 years and the formula is always as good! The rates are reasonable. The nems too good! Very crispy as I love!
No service, reservation ok by phone then no table arrived on site. No respect for the owner who takes the customers for money pumps. Run!
