I invited my wife to the Uriate Pearl for the Valentine's Day. I had selected this establishment for its seafood and fish. Beautiful recent establishment. everything is presented in buffet.(a cold part and the other hot about ten fresh products and 2 hot one dish of bulots, 3 charcuterie(! 4 or 5 fish salads and crustaceans,1 sole dish and 1 duck accompanied by zucchini flan and dauphinois gratin. About four desserts including salty macarons (cheese, foie gras,chorizo !!!. that I told the boss who did not consider it good to apologize and then remove them from the sweet buffet. everything is advertised fresh and made home. for me it seems to me that I can doubt. for a first it is a test but...
