small winch in the heart of the charming town of bouxwiller. the decor is charming, as a dive in the past with painted wood, terracotta tiles .... we started with 2 flamekuche, delicious, one traditional, the other to münster. So I chose a blue cord house, a real culinary treasure of the region. full of cheese, sweet gratin, this dish with spatzle and small vegetables was divine. A beautiful discovery! A small restaurant very pleasant, atypical and full of charm. The dishes were both hearty and delicious.
