What a beautiful discovery!!!! Smiling and warm welcome. Then come the dishes. a perfect egg with Madiran mushroom cream and foie gras shavings. A marvellous Then the old calf rhymes send us back to the kitchen of our great mothers. A pure delight. A festival of flavors in Marciac. Keep this smile to you.
Rather disappointed. The festival menu is not the same as usual. Snack formula more than restaurant. This is not what we expected.
