We were looking for a nice and typical restaurant in the country where we were eating well. After some research, we fell on Little Florida. We arrive in 2nd service around 1pm and there... Not much, servers are busy elsewhere, after 25min we ask one to ask for two children's menus and the aero for adults. We are told that the kitchens take care of other tables and that we should wait at least 25 minutes to be served... A meal at 2:00 p.m. for small 3 and 5 years is quite average. Finally seeing our discontent the manager arrives and resumes the service. She is very kind to the children and attentive, all the opposite of our arrival. We ate very well. The presentation and the meal was very good. We took a plancha of charcuterie two followed by a tab of beef and pennes to the holy jacques /gambas a la vodka. It's been several times that I've been eating in this restaurant at noon. Always perfect. On Thursday we were served by an excellent gentleman with humour who came to our requests for change in the menus. Few choices on the map but that's what you like because the products are fresh and everyone finds their account (red or white meat fish). Excellent quality food.A pleasant time spent in this restaurant that I can advise you. I can't put only five stars.
From the outside, the restaurant does not pay a mine, it is believed to enter a village bistro. But once in, we are quickly surprised by the size of the rooms and the terrace. I had taken a piece of slow cooked calf, potatoes crushed with bear garlic, smear sauce. I really enjoyed it. The cooking was perfect, the delicious flavours.

If you pass not far from RUELISHEIM in Alsace restaurant your detour , traditional house , pretty simple decoration , but an EXELLENT cuisine from home fact , the waitress as well as the waitress are very friendly and as we were at the end of service the cook is to pass to the tables
