My son and I met Thierry and his partner Réjane around a bread making activity. They're great people. Thierry kindly shares his know-how and his explanations are so simple that they stay in mind. My 9-year-old son made his paintout alone. We were able to taste the taste of the little crazy who are a slaughter (desolated but it's true) and we even visited the small mill. Going back with 2 small jam pots and a good bunch of little crazy, I was thrilled with this moment of sharing with these two people so open to others. I recommend without hesitation!!!
Magnificent place to discover the production of bread and the origin of certain dictates. Thierry is a great and very welcoming host, and on Friday from 5pm to 7pm you have a local market with fresh fish, local fruit and vegetables as well as wine, honey and many other local products. A real happiness that I advise all lovers of healthy food.
