La Piazza - Tisch reservieren

The title of my review may seem a little strange, the food was superb, but an incident means I would not eat here again.On the night we ate here the restaurant was busy with seating at a premium. We ordered our meal, and during drinking our aperitifs a party of 3 arrived and pointed out a table for 2 and asked if a third chair could be placed to accommodate a 3rd. The waiter said it would block the path and turned the party away. Some 15 minutes later another party of 3 arrived and a chair was put at the table and they were served. No one else had left or arrived.So why was one party refused and minutes later a second accommodated. The first had coloured people in their party, the second was...

Had been to this restaurant last August and had moules mariniere which was really nice, so was really looking forward to another good meal when back in the area last week. We went for the 25 Euro menu and the starter and desert were lovely, but unfortunately my entrecôte steak was mostly inedible, it was practically all gristle. I didn't complain - the guy running the place is so nice - but if I ever go back, I'll stick to pizza or fish!

Six of us stopped for lunch including two children,we had a moules,salads and pizzas and everyone enjoyed their food,the moules and frites were excellent.For desert the chocolate mousse is a great choice.

The best moules frites ever tasted - served promptly during a busy lunch period. The mussels were delicious, simply cooked in wine and onion but we've never had better.

Family of 8 for lunch with 3 children - 4 to 8 yrs old. Great kids menu and very reasonable, delicious lunches for the adults! Perfect food and service! G
