Me acabo de comer un calzone excelente. Se nota que el chico sabe de masas ,ya que esta fermentado con su debido tiempo y no tiene ese regusto a levadura que se te queda en todas las pizzerias .Con lo que no cae la pizza ni pesada y ni te quedas con la sensación de sed por culpa de no fermetar en su debido tiempo.volvere
