The prices don’t reflect the product, environment and service. Even as a New Yorker, I felt the dishes were overpriced. Came here based on NYT article. What is NYT thinking? Ordered a bouillabaisse (27EUR with some fish fillet and Nîmes’ specialty (14EUR involving salted cod. Their bouillabaisse was a pool of soup with a lot of boiled potatoes and fennel, topped with 4 slices of grilled fish. The stock itself was fine, but given the content and environment, 27EUR seemed excessive (Am I in Norway? . The appetizer tasted good.
