La Pignata - Tisch reservieren

We had last eaten here in February but over the nearly 20 years as part-time Paulhanese residents we had had pizza and salad here more than annually and under different owners and chefs. On this night we had planned to dine at a restaurant in a neighboring village but it was totally booked and it was getting late; so, I walked to the Pignata for an 8:30 reservation and it was granted. When we arrived, all of the outdoor tables were taken and we sat inside very close to the pizza oven. at first sight, it may seem expensive. 35 euros for the diligence of the council, but you must not stop. when the plate is placed on the table, the quality and quantity are largely at the rendezvous! a tasting, the pleasure will be carried in the mouth without doubt we will return!

the first time you order pizza to take with my spouse, they are excellent and hyper fat. Nothing to say! We were bluffed by quality and quantity. We'll try the table service soon.
