There's a lot of humanity in this restaurant. the boss displays his political ideas and therefore his unsubmission which is rather rare in the restoration where you are taught to do at least low profile. He also displays his passion for another unsubmissive gainsburg. He also shares his love for thesearia evora. a man who therefore has beautiful relations but also and above all a great love for Basque cuisine that he does not offer but that he shares with a lot of generosity and talent. Surprise of the chef like there was a party of a group. so atmosphere guaranteed. We had a surprise with a good Basque dish prepared by the chef. Unfortunately the price was a little high for the benefit.
