It is a rather satisfying set for the beach of the Salins of Saint-Tropez. The place has a huge potential, a breathtaking view of the sea, guests can lunch “foot in the water”. The reception is professional and the productivity of the service remains at the rendezvous. As for the dishes we enjoyed at our table the feeling was rather mixed, for me the pizza I took was of great quality. Magnificent environment. Lunch with your feet in the water (literally). Great location for this Saint-Tropez institution which unfortunately lives too much on its past achievements. It is clear that the quality is no longer there. The food is disappointing, and for an exorbitant price. Which suggests that customers are being taken for pigeons. The magnificent setting will not save the Salins from shipwreck. Go ahead if you have a minimum of culinary requirements. The local kebab will do better.
