a superb discovery with a cuisine and a service full of passion. we eat very well with a lot of sincerity and dishes full of flavor and equilibrium dishes dessert to choose it may seem little but it is the insurance of fresh and well treated products change nothing a great thank you to nono and mimi we will have great pleasure to come back
We are not from Hendaye but have been coming to this restaurant since it opened. We came in May and found the welcome from the owner cold we came back for lunch yesterday. Cold, distant reception which despite top notch cuisine does not make us want to come back the restaurant is we are all disappointed
For those who love fish, a party. freshness, quality, presentation, perfectly cooked. even the dessert I took (riz with caramel sauce) was perfect. nice service, we don't get the head and we laugh, and the chef comes around the tables to inform his clients. a good time this Sunday noon

Excellent restaurant, we had the saithe with seeds and balsamic vinegar, a treat! And the strawberry pana/pavlova and Queen Claudes rounded off our meal wonderfully. THANKS !
