how can a restorer have no scruples and serve a customer intolerant to gluten who has declared himself as such to the waitress a soup with crusts, a dish with a laminate placed on it and fried calamars accompanied by the dish. I left most but in view of the crisis that has won me for a few hours I doubt the sauce is without flour. I can't walk. a belly inflated. I'm sick. It's unacceptable. a restaurant of this quality. not considering my problem suggests that it may not be the client to whom we think in this restaurant. Anyway, I'm disappointed and I don't understand.

The supper consisted of 4 dishes, and not only was succulent, but especially very generous in the portions. You are absolutely not hungry when you leave the table...The service is impeccable and very friendly. I always appreciate it when the chief comes to say hello to the customers! Thank you.As we were in the low season, the restaurant was very quiet. breakfast was also very well served, and the preparation was done according to our desires, which is good to not spoil food on a buffet that would only serve 2 people!!

we are pleasantly surprised by the estate as soon as we arrive. There is a beautiful building with a beautiful garden. the reception at the restaurant is warm and smiling. there is little waiting before receiving the menu cards, which is very pleasant. The staff is discreet but at our hearing. meals are very good and desserts a real pleasure. the chord met and wine was remarkably recommended by a young sommelier. We have had a pleasant moment and very romantic.

this was a somewhat split impression. the ambiente was good to impressive, the food convinced us all. it was exceptional in performance and presentation from the first to the last floor. only drop of worms: the service. above all, as far as the drinks are concerned, there were noticeable misfortunes. but thanks to the performance of the kitchen we will keep the evening in good memory. Unfortunately closed for five years. At an acceptable price for the category (15 years ago 1 night for 2 people, 130eu with 1 sumptuous breakfast) was a beautiful 4 stars that fell into the typical Alsace atmosphere. Although it was 5 min walk from the historic center unfortunately the location in the middle of modern condominiums according to me did not help proper development

Although it was a 5 minute walk from the historic center, unfortunately the location among the modern condominiums did not help adequate development in my opinion

Meget imødekommende og serviceorienteret betjening selvom vi ankom sent. Vi fik en dejlig kold suppe, efterfulgt af velsmagende confit de canard, så en velstegt steak og endelig en fantastisk dejlig frugtdessert. Hertil fik vi meget velsmagende vine. Totalt en fremragende oplevelse.

We visited selestat in may 2016 and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was very big, comfortable. They offer very good breakfast. The location has a nice vintage atmosphere. Worth staying there for at least one night Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
