in the beautiful square of the Segoviano village of riaza is this very traditional restaurant with stone walls, lots of wood with exposed but very comfortable sores, with so tablecloths, chairs cmodas, well illuminated and well conditioned air. the letter is much wider than a clsic roaster, with dishes that lose a little that tradition like the confit of duck or merluza in the oven with caviar. this variety is very grateful.
